How to use Excel to PDF
- Drop one or more Excel files (.xlsx).
- If a file has several sheets, pick the ones you want.
- Choose the paper, orientation, margins and size, like "Fit to page width".
- Turn on gridlines, sheet names or repeated header rows if you need them.
- Click "Convert to PDF".
Questions
How do I fit all the columns on one page?
Under Size, choose "Fit to page width". Text shrinks so every column fits across one page.
Can the header row repeat on every page?
Yes. "Repeat header rows on every page" repeats the sheet's frozen top rows. It is on by default.
Can I convert .xls or .csv files?
It takes .xlsx files. For a CSV file, use CSV ↔ PDF.
Is my spreadsheet uploaded?
No. It is converted on your device.
