PDF to Excel
Extract tables into an editable .xlsx file.
Free, no sign-up. It runs inside your browser: your files never leave your device.
Convert PDF tables to Excel (.xlsx) or CSV. Tables become sheets you can sort, filter and calculate in, with numbers and dates as real values.
How to use PDF to Excel
- Drop one or more PDF files.
- Choose Excel (.xlsx) or CSV, and the sheets: one per table, one per page, or all on one sheet.
- Keep or turn off text outside tables, numbers and dates as values, formatting, the frozen header row and joining tables across pages.
- Check the tables found, then click "Convert to Excel".
Questions
Will the numbers work in formulas?
Yes. With "Numbers and dates as values" on, ₹1,200.50 becomes 1200.5, so sums and sorting work.
What about a table that runs over two pages?
Keep "Join tables across pages" on. A table cut by a page break becomes one.
What if no tables are found?
With "Text outside tables" on, the text still goes into the workbook, one line per row.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The tables are read on your device. It is free with no sign-up.
