Bates numbering
Stamp sequential Bates numbers across many files.
Free, no sign-up. It runs inside your browser: your files never leave your device.
Add Bates numbers to legal documents: a prefix and a running number stamped on every page, across many files. Numbering carries on from one file to the next.
How to use Bates numbering
- Drop the PDF files in the order you want them numbered.
- Set the prefix (like DOC), an optional suffix, the start number and the number of digits.
- Choose the position, font, size and colour.
- Choose the extras: skip the first page of each file, name each file by its Bates range, and add a production index.
- Click "Add Bates numbers".
