Fill PDF form
Fill a form and lock the answers so everyone sees them.
Free, no sign-up. It runs inside your browser: your files never leave your device.
Fill in a PDF form: type into the boxes, tick the checkboxes and save. You can lock the answers into the page so everyone sees them the same way.
How to use Fill PDF form
- Drop a PDF form on the page.
- Fill the boxes right on the page. Hover a box to see what it asks for.
- Keep "Lock the answers into the page" on, or turn it off if the form must stay editable.
- Click "Save filled PDF".
Questions
What if my PDF has no fillable boxes?
The tool tells you the PDF has no fillable fields. Use Edit PDF instead and add text where you need it.
Why lock the answers?
Locked answers become part of the page. Every viewer then shows them, and nobody can change them.
Can I save my answers for next time?
Yes. Turn on "Remember my answers on this device". Next time, "Use my saved answers" fills the same kinds of fields. They are kept only in this browser.
